Senior UX Researcher

Our client, a global information analytics business with specialty within healthcare/medical industries, is looking to hire a contract Senior UX Researcher (mobile). Location: 100% Remote, regional to Philadelphia only (cannot hire in NYC)Onsite/Travel Requirement: Travel roughly 1x/month to PhiladelphiaContract Duration: 4+ months (high likelihood to extend!)Experience: UXR supporting discovery, strategic, and usability research end-to-end ensuring research directly aligns with business goals and ability to speak to specific actionable findings Develop an evidence-based mobile research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teamsAdvocate for UX research best practices, especially for research on mobile devicesAcquire a thorough understanding of customer mobile use cases and ensure their needs are addressed Skilled problem solver, strategist, exploratory, and tactical mixed-methods UX researcher Data driven, utilizing data to inform research decisions/direction, turning research data into actionable insights that help product teams make decisions to support users Experience/comfortability working in a fast-paced/quick sprint (2 week cycle) environment Healthcare industry background - a big plus! Required: Portfolio and/or work samples showcasing end to end UXR case studies and examples of how you've led UX research projects from concept to completion including actionable insights aligned to business needs, and specific findings
