Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with a Maryland license and Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience for day shifts in suburban Maryland.Job Details• Home health setting with assignments in Montgomery, Prince Georges, Charles, or St Marys Counties,• Clinicians are assigned to a group of zip codes based on staffing needs,• Day shift schedule: 5x8 hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,• Use of Homecare Homebase/OASIS system is required,• Travel required between patient homes using personal vehicle,• May be required to float to cover other zip codes as needed,Job Requirements• Current Maryland PT license required,• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience required,• Homecare Homebase/OASIS documentation experience required,• Must have a reliable personal vehicle with proper licensure and insurance,• First-time travelers accepted with Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience,Additional Information• Contractors are reimbursed at $0.58 per mile for mileage between patient visits,• Clinicians must add weekly mileage to their time card submissions,• Assigned to a set group of zip codes within designated counties,• First-time travelers will be considered if they have required documentation and experience,• Locals within 60 miles are accepted at a lower rate,
