Texas APS license required or ability to obtain within a short timeframe. Must have NICET II minimum, experience in design, estimating, and management of low-voltage/life safety projects. Strong knowledge of fire alarm, security, access control, and video systems preferred. This full-time Division Manager position is an on-site role located in the Beaumont-Port Arthur Area. The Division Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating with clients to understand project requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Additionally, the Division Manager will provide leadership to support team development and operational excellence.QualificationsExperience in team leadership, project management, and operational planningKnowledge of electrical systems, fire alarm and security solutions, and compliance standardsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and deadlines effectivelyExperience in customer relationship management and identifying business growth opportunitiesNICET CertificationProficiency in relevant industry software and tools, excel, word, bluebeam, autocad, etcWorking knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the electrical industry
