Job Description **Job Title: Warehouse Associate****Job Summary:** WSL Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling of products in our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.- Load and unload items from delivery trucks and storage areas.- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing a supported inventory management system.- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.- Perform regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.- Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent.- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- Forklift certification is a plus.**Work Environment**Warehouse and yard setting with heavy materials and powered equipment.
