We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to oversee and manage a team of landscapers in the completion of residential and commercial landscaping projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily tasks while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. - Plan and manage daily project activities to meet deadlines and client expectations. - Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and management of landscaping tools and equipment. - Communicate with clients and management regarding project updates and any issues that arise. - Inspect work for quality and compliance with specifications, providing guidance to improve performance. - Train and mentor crew members in landscaping techniques, safety practices, and equipment use. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards at all times. Qualifications: - Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with leadership experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and tools. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to read scopes of work and manage multiple projects efficiently. - Ability to use personal phone for company technology, doing so in a fast and efficient manner.
