Together, we strive to create solutions that will positively impact the lives of millions.What You'll DoBuild AI-enabled products and assetsDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and services that support BCG's consulting offers and delivery processes Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions Ensure solutions are usable by non-technical consulting teams and aligned with BCG standards Improve and reimagine consulting workflowsBreak down existing consulting and delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, or redesign Experiment with new AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality Rapidly iterate based on feedback, usage data, and evolving needs Operate with a product mindsetPartner with AI Factory product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions Balance speed of experimentation with robustness, security, and maintainability Document patterns, approaches, and best practices to enable reuse and scaling Collaborate across the firmWork closely with front-line consultants and offering teams to understand real delivery challenges Act as a connector between product, technology, and consulting perspectives Contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing across the AI Factory and broader BCG community This Role Favors DoersThis role is best suited for students who ship. You enjoy turning ambiguous ideas into concrete, usable products that others rely on.You're Good AtBreaking complex workflows into simpler, more scalable componentsBuilding and shipping tools, services, or experiments that solve real problemsOperating comfortably in ambiguity and evolving requirementsLearning new tools, platforms, and approaches quicklyBridging technical implementation and business outcomesTaking ownership and driving work forward independentlyWhat You'll BringRequiredCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program Hands-on experience building software, tools, or AI-powered projects—whether through coursework, personal projects, hackathons, or internships Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development Ability to work end-to-end: from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills English fluency (verbal and written) and comfort working in collaborative team environments Curiosity, adaptability, and a track record of building things that work Required Tool: Claude Code PreferredExperience building or contributing to projects outside of class—open-source contributions, hackathon wins, side projects, or campus tech initiatives Familiarity with generative AI tools and agentic development patterns Prior internship or work experience in a technology or product-focused role Additional infoYou must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office.
