OverviewAs a Customer Benefits Representative, you’ll support customers as they move through the early stages of a benefits review. You’ll follow a structured approach, explain available options, and help guide each conversation toward a next step. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team while managing your own schedule and customer interactions day to day.
