Our operations are backed by advanced technology, clinical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Position Overview:We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Specialty Pharmacy Outreach Liaison to support national growth and strengthen partnerships across the healthcare continuum. This role is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, clinics, health systems, and care teams to increase prescription referrals, expand market presence, and support sustainable revenue growth. Additional voluntary benefits including Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and AD&DKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of referral opportunities through targeted B2B outreach, cold calling, networking, and national and regional engagementBuild and sustain trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic staff, care coordinators, case managers, and health system partnersExecute consistent outreach to secure new prescription referrals and grow volume from existing accounts across multiple therapeutic areasServe as a primary point of contact for referring providers, ensuring responsive communication, issue resolution, and a high level of serviceEducate providers and staff on Insight Specialty Pharmacy services, including prior authorization support, financial assistance, clinical programs, and patient adherence initiativesMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of outreach activities, referral trends, and outcomes within Insight's CRMStay informed on specialty pharmacy services, therapeutic offerings, payer requirements, and regulatory considerations impacting referralsCollaborate closely with pharmacy leadership, clinical teams, access teams, and the Industry Relations Director to align outreach strategies and address market needsPrioritize key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights and reporting to leadershipUphold Insight's mission - Patient Care Second to None - in every provider and patient-facing interactionQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent healthcare experienceMinimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, specialty pharmacy, or business development (specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred)Strong understanding of healthcare referral workflows, specialty medications, and payer-driven access processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate, influence, and build long-term relationshipsStrong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with effective time-management and territory planning abilitiesSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentDemonstrated attention to detail and responsible stewardship of company resourcesCommitment to patient confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulatory standardsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and leadership teamsExpectations:Maintain consistent and reliable attendanceDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindsetContribute to a positive, professional, and performance-driven cultureRepresent Insight Specialty Pharmacy with professionalism and integrity in all outreach activitiesInsight is an equal opportunity employer and values workplace diversity!PIbf039e43d5-
