Hospitality Account Support Coordinator

A company is looking for a Hospitality Account Support Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Support the Hospitality Sales team with customer and order management tasks Assist with order entry functions and ensure order fulfillment by liaising with factory associates Communicate critical sales order terms and maintain knowledge of hospitality products and procedures Required Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Associate's degree is a plus, but not required Experience with order metrics and accuracy checks Ability to work remotely while residing in the East Coast time zone
