This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that will serve as the backbone of our platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, complemented by strong proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and a solid understanding of test-driven development (TDD). As a key contributor, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-quality software solutions, managing multiple development cycles, and ensuring optimal performance across our products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to a product that aims to disrupt the industry and be used by millions worldwide.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess between 3 to 7 years of experience in web application development, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier web software. You should have expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails, including MVC architecture, gems, and server-side programming. Strong skills in Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL) are essential. Familiarity with web performance optimization, scalability, and system architecture is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent technical judgment, a good product sense, and experience with design patterns, algorithms, and system engineering.
