Customer Service Rep Location: Sterling VA Job Type: Temp to Perm Experience: 5+ years Instant Car Fix is reshaping auto care by connecting customers with certified mobile mechanics through a smart service platform used across 50 states. Our focus is simple: fast dependable and high quality service for every customer and fleet partner we support. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role is a great fit for someone who works well in a fast-paced setting and takes responsibility for resolving issues quickly and professionally. Auto repair experience is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and truly passionate about cars. Schedule requirement This is a six day onsite role in Sterling Virginia.
