Details Position is located in a Pulmonary/Thoracic unit (6W) within a hospital setting in Atlanta, GA Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts 13-week contract Telemetry monitoring and interpretation required Ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and chest tube experience expected EMR: Epic (experience required) Requirements Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 18 months of RN experience required Strong ventilator (vent) management experience required Telemetry interpretation skills required Experience with trachs and chest tubes required Travel nursing experience preferred Epic EMR experience required Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year; if returning to this specific facility, a separation of 18 months is required RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract Full SSN and DOB are required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-687538.
