Project Scheduler

We’re looking for a Construction Scheduler to support the planning and execution of high-end custom residential projects. This role is critical in driving project timelines, identifying scheduling risks early, and keeping field and leadership teams aligned throughout the build process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6Build and manage project timelines from preconstruction through closeoutIdentify and monitor critical path activities and proactively communicate schedule impactsWork closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and leadership teams to ensure schedule alignmentTrack project progress and provide regular schedule updates/reportingAnalyze delays, sequencing conflicts, and recovery strategiesAssist with manpower forecasting and long-lead procurement schedulingParticipate in project meetings and provide scheduling insight/recommendationsMaintain baseline schedules and document schedule revisionsRequirements3+ years of scheduling experience within constructionExperience working on custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end residential projects preferredStrong proficiency in Primavera P6Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedulingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyPreferredExperience supporting projects from preconstruction through completionKnowledge of residential construction sequencing and scheduling constraintsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced builder environment
