Program Scheduler (P6) 1. Duties: Scheduling customer projects (10 – 25 projects, each under $25M) with some level of complexity Able to document delays in order to provide time impact analysis Required to develop schedules and incorporate schedules already in use for some parts of each project Skilled at master integrated schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and calculating earned values Effective communicator is essential; data gathering will include many groups and contractors Able to travel to job sites on as-needed basis (generally less than once per month) Education in engineering, data science, construction management, business, finance, or project management, or a combination of education, training, and experience, equivalent to a 4-year college Possesses 5+ years’ experience in scheduling and capital projects/construction Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio) and SAP Required: Proficient in Primavera P6 Preferred: Experience in SAS, Project Management, Project Controls, and/or Construction Management, or equivalent experience and related utility construction experience 2. Minimum Requirements Required Experience: 2.1 Eight (7) years full time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projects 2.2 Proficiency in Primavera 20.1 or above and MS Office Suite 2.3 Experience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods Required Skills: 2.4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2.5 Superior organizational and planning skills 2.6 Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff Required Education: 2.7 Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $140,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Primavera: 7 years (Required) Construction Experience: 4 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pomona, CA 91768: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pomona, CA 91768
