CNC Setup & Operator - 2nd Shift | $2/hr Shift Premium (Mon-Thu)

Aggressive Hydraulics is a growing custom hydraulic cylinder manufacturer located in East Bethel (Cedar), MN 55011. Schedule 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM ✔ Four 10-hour shifts ✔ Three-day weekends every week ✔ Overtime opportunities available on Fridays ✔ Potential mid-shift schedule option available Plus $2.00/hour shift differential What You'll Do As a CNC Turning Machinist, you'll manufacture precision hydraulic cylinder components while ensuring parts meet quality, safety, and production standards. Responsibilities include: Set up and operate CNC turning equipment Manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications Inspect and verify part quality using measuring equipment Read and interpret prints, work orders, and BOMs Complete production and timekeeping documentation accurately Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures Assist with maintenance, organization, and housekeeping as needed What We're Looking For CNC machining experience preferred Ability to set up and run machining programs Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills Comfortable using computer systems and production software Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
