About the Role:IPSY is looking for a Talent & Development Partner — a rare operator who can architect how we build organizational capability while also rolling up their sleeves to design and execute with excellence. This role owns five core areas: talent management (talent reviews, succession planning, executive coaching), learning strategy, core people cycles (performance management, engagement and pulse surveys), culture, and AI enablement, leading the workforce through the AI transformation, building the confidence, fluency, and habits that turn AI into a real competitive advantage.Highly visible and high-impact, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, connecting business needs to the programs, cycles, and experiences that deliver on them. It’s ideal for someone who is self-directed, is energized by the role of AI in modern work, and partners closely with People Business Partners and leaders to build critical org capabilities.This position reports to the VP, Head of People.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead talent management strategy, including talent reviews, succession planning, and capability assessments tied to actionable development plansBuild and manage executive coaching programs, ensuring meaningful outcomes and alignment with business needsPartner with HRBPs to integrate talent insights into workforce planning, headcount decisions, and leadership conversationsDevelop clear dashboards and reporting to surface talent health and inform senior leadership decisionsArchitect and execute IPSY’s learning strategy across all employee levels, including manager and leadership developmentDesign and deliver high-impact learning programs (live and asynchronous) while optimizing tools, adoption, and measurable ROIPartner with teams to diagnose development needs and implement targeted learning and effectiveness interventionsOwn performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and pulse programs, translating insights into actionable org-level strategiesBuild scalable frameworks, toolkits, and processes to drive consistent, high-quality people experiences across the organizationLead AI fluency and enablement efforts, designing role-based learning, driving capabilities across the org that positions IPSY's workforce to lead in the AI era, not follow, as the workplace continues to evolve. Drive culture and employee experience programs that create a workplace where every employee can do their best work.What We Are Looking For:7+ years of progressive HR experience across talent management, L&D, and people programs, with end-to-end ownershipProven ability to design and run performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent reviews in fast-paced environmentsExperience building and facilitating learning programs across multiple employee segmentsFluent in AI tools and passionate about driving adoption; experience with AI-related programs a plusHighly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and follow-throughStrategic thinker who translates complex business needs into practical, scalable solutionsStrong facilitator, effective with audiences ranging from managers to executivesTech-savvy and resourceful, leveraging tools to scale impact efficientlyBachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree or coaching certification a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary & bonus programMedical, dental & vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid Time OffWork from home flexibilityFree IPSY Extra subscriptionLearning & development programsPay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
