Audio Visual Warehouse Coordinator
Job OverviewThis audiovisual production company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Audiovisual Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations for our fast-paced AV production company. This role is responsible for inventory management, equipment preparation, logistics coordination, and warehouse efficiency to support live events and productions. Prefer someone with large company AV experience. This position reports to the Director of Operations and is based full-time onsite at their offices south of Fort Worth, TX, with occasional work at event sites.About the CompanyThis company provides audiovisual solutions for live events, entertainment, corporate productions, broadcast, ministry events, and virtual experiences. They pride themselves on precision, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional event experiences for every client.This team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to operational excellence both in the warehouse and onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsPull, prep, test, and package audiovisual equipment for events and productionsLoad and unload trucks while ensuring equipment is handled safely and efficientlyInspect returned equipment, perform quality control checks, and identify damaged gear for repair or quarantineMaintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the warehouse and loading areasAssist with local deliveries, pickups, and occasional on-site event setup or strikeSupport warehouse workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiativesInventory & Equipment ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software (Current RMS)Track equipment usage, maintenance, repairs, losses, and replacementsCoordinate cycle counts and annual inventory auditsEnsure all equipment is client-ready and maintained in proper working conditionAssist with purchasing replacement or additional equipment as neededLogistics & SchedulingCoordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and transportation logisticsManage vehicle scheduling and coordinate rental vehicles when necessaryCommunicate with venues, vendors, and internal teams regarding event logisticsAssist with labor scheduling and cross-rental equipment coordinationCollaborate closely with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure equipment availability and timely event prepCreate purchase orders and maintain accurate cost tracking within company systemsQualifications3–5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or AV production experience preferredExperience working with AV equipment including audio, video, lighting, rigging, or power distributionStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and inventory/project management softwareValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordUnderstanding of OSHA safety standards and DOT transportation regulations preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in an active warehouse environmentFlexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as neededWhat We’re Looking ForSelf-starter with a proactive mindsetStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented with a positive, professional attitudeCalm under pressure and adaptable to changing prioritiesPassion for live events, production, and operational excellenceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experiencePaid time off and holidaysReferral bonus programProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive team environment with a focus on work/life balanceThis is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
