Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding communicator, a team player, and, above all, someone who enjoys engaging with new people. If you're ready to get started, apply today!Responsibilities:Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasksWork with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the tradeRespond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hoursStay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departmentsManage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance proceduresQualifications:Experience with facilities management software is preferredDriver's license and clean driving record is mandatoryThe ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is requiredYou will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance roleExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary10 plus years of experience in maintenance and/or as a handyman.About Company:Structure Hospitality is a Salt Lake City, Utah-based hotel management company that works with owners and investors to achieve record-breaking hotel performance.
