The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in multinational environments, managing financial processes, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects and financial portfolios across business unitsPerform financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation activitiesSupport ERP system implementation and ensure effective internal control proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and leadershipAnalyze business performance and identify opportunities for optimizationEnsure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policiesManage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectivelyHandle conflict resolution and high-pressure situations professionallyRequired QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including work with multinational companiesBachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysisExperience with ERP systems implementationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting systemsExperience working in multi-location/global environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Big 4 public accounting firmsPrior managerial or leadership experienceSkills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of managementHigh adaptability to changing environments and diverse culturesStrong planning, prioritization, and time management abilitiesAbility to manage conflict diplomatically and avoid unnecessary escalationsCapability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesTravel RequirementsUp to 20% international travel in the first year10–15% travel after the first year
