Primary Care Physician near Waterbury Connecticut!Outpatient Practice | Physician-Led Team | Excellent Work-Life Balance We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our respected outpatient practice in Connecticut. This full-time opportunity offers a rewarding career in a patient-focused, team-oriented environment, with the flexibility and resources to deliver the highest quality care. Position Overview Location: ??? conveniently located near Hartford, Waterbury, and Springfield, MA Field: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (adults 18+) Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Weekdays only, with 4-day work week option Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based care Call: Limited to phone-only call Approximately 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months Teaching: Optional, with opportunity for faculty appointment Compensation & Benefits Uncapped incentive bonus, sign-on bonus, and loan repayment support Relocation stipend available Paid CME time and CME budget Full reimbursement for licenses and professional dues Generous PTO and company holidays 401(k) retirement plan with substantial matching contribution Comprehensive family care benefits, including emergency back-up care Optional moonlighting/per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings Access to voluntary benefits, such as tuition programs, legal services, and more Technology & Support Use of EPIC EHR with Dragon dictation for streamlined documentation Integrated care support: On-site Behavioral Health, High-Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers Dedicated clinical support team, including nursing staff and medical assistants Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain one Why Connecticut?
