Full Stack Engineer

About Us: We are building a custom CRM platform for the insurance industry to help streamline operations, improve client management, and modernize back-office workflows. Our mission is to deliver a flexible, scalable system tailored to the unique needs of insurance professionals.We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building robust, secure, and user-friendly platforms. The right candidate will have strong experience with Supabase, SQL, and CRM development, with an ability to design and implement role-based permission systems.Role Overview: You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our custom CRM. You’ll be responsible for backend services, database design, and permission-driven user experiences, while also supporting frontend development to ensure a smooth and intuitive interface.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain a custom CRM tailored for the insurance sector.Develop and manage backend services using Supabase (authentication, APIs, database management).Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) for different user types (admins, agents, developers, viewers).Write and optimize SQL queries, schemas, and database structures for scalability and performance.Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Contribute to frontend development (React/Next.js or similar) to deliver clean, user-friendly interfaces.Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability.Document and test features for long-term maintainability.Qualifications:3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.Strong hands-on experience with Supabase (auth, database, APIs).Proficiency with SQL and relational database architecture.Experience building and maintaining CRM systems or similar business applications.Familiarity with permissions and role-based access control (RBAC) systems.Competence with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).Authorized to work in the United States.Nice-to-Have:Exposure to low-code platforms (Bolt, Lovable) for rapid prototyping.Experience with cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, Vercel, etc.).Background in SaaS product development.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits.Remote-first flexibility (U.S.-based).The chance to shape a CRM platform from the ground up in a massive, growing industry.Collaborative and innovative team culture.
