Salary: $150,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually
Compensation: From $150,000 per year
Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent consumers across the state who have purchased defective vehicles and are committed to delivering exceptional legal representation with professionalism, efficiency, and results.
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with litigation experience and direct exposure to California Lemon Law matters. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about advocating for consumers.
The Associate Attorney will manage lemon law cases from intake through resolution, working closely with clients, attorneys, and support staff to ensure effective case strategy and successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in California lemon law matters through settlement negotiations and litigation
Advise clients regarding their legal rights and case strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Investigate claims and analyze repair records, expert reports, and supporting documentation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process
Manage case deadlines, court filings, and litigation strategy
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Stay informed on developments in California lemon law and consumer protection regulations
What We’re Looking For
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Litigation experience, including experience handling California Lemon Law matters
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FileVine
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
