Jr. Systems Administrator

Position: Jr. Systems AdministratorCompensation: $35 - $50/hour, depending on experienceLocation: Denver, ColoradoInceed has partnered with a growing company in the Oil & Gas industry to help identify a talented Jr. Systems Administrator to join their team!We’re looking for an up-and-coming IT professional who is ready to take the next step beyond service desk support and further develop their infrastructure and systems administration experience. This individual will play a key role in supporting enterprise systems, hardware, and day-to-day IT operations across a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Support and maintain servers, enterprise hardware, and core IT systemsAssist with hardware deployments, upgrades, configurations, and troubleshootingPartner with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to support system performance and reliabilityMaintain and update technical documentation and internal proceduresProvide escalated support for technical issues and assist with ongoing IT projectsMonitor systems and contribute to meeting operational and SLA expectationsAssist with office setup initiatives and infrastructure-related projectsRequired Qualifications & Experience:3+ years of IT experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or junior systems administration)Foundational experience with Windows Server administrationFamiliarity with Active Directory and Azure ADExposure to Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online and TeamsBasic scripting knowledge, preferably with PowerShellUnderstanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, DNS, and VPNsNice to Have Skills & Experience:Exposure to virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Citrix, Nutanix, or AVDBasic cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS)Experience with backup and recovery tools such as CommvaultFamiliarity with enterprise storage solutions including Dell, Pure Storage, or NetAppPerks & Benefits:Multiple medical insurance plan options, plus dental and vision coverageVoluntary and long-term disability insurancePTO, paid holidays, and 401(k)Weekly direct deposit or pay card optionsOther Information:Fast-paced environment supporting ongoing growth and acquisitionsOpportunity for occasional travel related to infrastructure and inventory supportHands-on involvement with office buildouts and IT infrastructure setupIf you are interested in learning more about the Jr. Systems Administrator opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
