Job Title: Project Manager / Program CoordinatorDepartment: Nursing AdminLocation: Bronx, NY 10451Duration: 7+ weeks with possibility of extensionShift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PMSchedule Notes: This role will be Hybrid. 2 Days in Office on Tuesday and Friday.Client will review candidates with Bachelor's if the experience is adequateSummary Of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrate and exceed/maintain the core values of the corporation on kindness, integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.Maintain correspondence with program stakeholders. Serve as program liaison and communicate with applicable departments.Meeting management including minutes, rosters, file management, electronic invites and follow-up.Develop workflows that ensure timeliness, accuracy, simplicity, to ensure seamless cycling through of learners in the program. Manage program databased including ExcelGather project or event details to establish expectations and goals upto seamless event completion and execution.Facilitate and document project specific details including tasks, milestones and timelines.Identify and find solutions to non-clinical potential risks such as delays, budget constraints, performance.Timely escalation of barriers to project completion to project sponsor.Establish timelines and monitor team member’s progress toward goals and deadlines.Collect and analyze feedback about project results and measures of success.Create project reports for project sponsorPartner with program leadership in accreditations, designations.Years of Experience: Minimum 1-2 yearsExperience with scheduling, resource coordination, and time management in fast paced deadline driven environment.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently. Time managementStrong problem solving and organizational skills with keen attention to accuracy and details.Proficiency, accuracy in program tools, event management tools, learning management systems, outlook, office.Educational Level:Masters in health related, business or engineering field.Special Equipment/Machines Operated:LCD projectorsDuties: Please update the duties section to the below: Assigned to programs/initiatives under the direction of the relevant leads within each discrete initiative, Project Managers will be responsible for providing project-level support for key workstreams within complex direct service programs.Specific responsibilities may include:Supporting all aspects of project lifecycles for assigned workstreams including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.Developing and maintaining templates and tools to track project progress, facilitating the collection of project information/measurables, and managing the dissemination of information and updates related to project status updates.Monitoring progress of projects and the status of deliverables; proactively escalate any/all issues or risks.Serving as a point of contact for various Hospitals departments, City agencies, and contracted vendors.Assisting in planning and conducting trainings including creating any required training materials.Providing on-site support related to project implementation and oversight.Providing policy and operational support/guidance and help develop strategies for improving service delivery within the assigned workstream.Assisting in reviewing and approving invoices; provide recommendations related to budgetary planning.Education: Candidate must be reliable for independent work, be able to lead change as part of a collaborative team.Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of individuals, groups, and organizations.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to tailor technical material to a variety of audiences (e.g., administrative and technical leaders; front-line staff);Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, transparency and accountability in all work product;Keen attention to detail, flexibility and an enthusiastic work ethic.Experience managing multiple external contractors/vendors strongly preferredNYC area residency preferred.3 or more years of program/project management experienceBachelor’s degree preferredRequiredLearning Management SystemsAttention To AccuracyEEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
