OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN OIL AND GAS COMPANY IN MIDDLE EAST:Position: Mechanical Static Equipment Specialist (Upstream Operations)Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in static equipment maintenance in Upstream Oil & GasMinimum Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in static equipment maintenanceMaintain and inspect static equipment: pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping, and valvesLead and execute shutdowns, turnarounds, and failure investigationsImplement and manage Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) strategiesSupervise NDT methods: Ultrasonic, Radiographic, Eddy Current TestingApply and enforce standards: API 510, API 570, API 653Address corrosion, welding integrity, and material degradation issuesEnsure operational integrity, safety, and compliance across upstream facilitiesStrong knowledge of:Welding procedures and inspectionCorrosion mechanisms and controlNon-destructive testing (NDT) techniquesFamiliarity with equipment failure analysis and root cause investigationsPrior experience in Oil & Gas upstream operations is mandatory**Interested Candidates Can Apply Or Share Your Updated CV on salman@sofomation.com*
