A company is looking for an Interim Counsel (Emerging Technologies). Key Responsibilities Advise on AI enablement initiatives and open-source software governance Provide guidance on third-party access and controls for collaboration tools Evaluate new technology solutions and ensure compliance and risk management Required Qualifications and Education At least five years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a financial institution or technology company Strong foundation in open-source software and technical fluency Comfortable engaging with developers and understanding various technology architectures Ability to identify and escalate legal and operational risks Availability during Eastern Time business hours for a fully remote position
