This role focuses on process optimization, root cause analysis, and improving production efficiency while working closely with cross-functional teams.Key Skills & ResponsibilitiesExperience in medical device manufacturing & process developmentStrong problem-solving skills (DMAIC, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis)Knowledge of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process characterizationApply statistical analysis for data-driven decision makingWork with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, program management)Optimize manufacturing processes, yield, and efficiencySupport equipment/process improvements and troubleshootingEnsure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field2–3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or process engineering
