Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Engineer, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of mechanical systems and components, utilizing CAD tools and conducting thorough research for innovative product solutions. The role will also involve managing projects, overseeing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design principles, with the ability to create innovative solutions.Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for developing detailed engineering designs and models.Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for engineering projects and product improvement.Strong project management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.Prior experience in a similar engineering role is highly desirable.
