Headquartered in Los Angeles, California with over 100 offices and more than 80 correspondent offices, our commitment to providing relentless, customized service is the foundation of our consistent growth.Our Pasadena office has an immediate need for a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and senior level management.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToProvide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial AdvisorsMaintain and update client account information, assisting Financial Advisors with specialized projectsCoordinate, prepare, and assist with client review meetings and new account setupsOrganize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficientlyProcess invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely mannerResearch, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compiling all necessary documents for travel and appointmentsInteract with clients both in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional servicePrepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as requiredTrack and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverablesAnswer phones, taking precise and detailed messagesMaintain organized files and documentationPerform other duties and tasks as required and assignedExperience And SkillsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferredFINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications requiredMinimum of 3 years of professional experience preferredStrong commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceProficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Professional appearance and demeanor is essentialPositive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlinesWhat We OfferAs part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00/hr to $33.65/hr.
