Role Description This is a part time, on-site role for Baseball or Softball Instructors at D-BAT Middleburg, located in Greater Cleveland. The instructor will be responsible for conducting individual and group lessons focusing on skill development in baseball and/or softball. This includes teaching techniques, providing constructive feedback, and creating personalized training plans. Additional responsibilities include building positive relationships with players and their families, promoting a supportive learning environment, and ensuring professional communication to maintain exceptional customer experiences.
