A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Technologist - X-Ray Job Details: • Work under general supervision in hospital setting operating conventional, fluoroscopic and portable radiography equipment• Obtain quality radiographic images for patient examinations• Position patients and adjust x-ray equipment to correct settings for each examination• Assist physicians during examinations by mixing and preparing contrast media• Assist in sterile procedures as needed• On call schedule to be determined by facility• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility• Must have minimum 12 months of current Rad Tech experience• Previous travel experience required• Local candidates accepted• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)• Must hold active Maryland Radiographer state license issued by the Maryland Board of Physicians• Skills checklist specific to Rad Tech discipline required Facility: This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides advanced imaging services and diagnostic capabilities to the community.
