Role :- Laborer Work Location:- 2300 Pioneer Drive P.O. Box 26 Plymouth IN USA 46563-0000 Location:- NA-US-IN-Plymouth-Production (PLY1) Pay Rate:- $16/hr. Description: Under direct supervision performs a variety of general manual labor tasks such as, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles. CDL Required. Cob driver responsibilities: Operator needs to be able to safely operate a semi-tractor trailer combination. Operator will be responsible for hooking and unhooking trailers to tractor semi. Operator will be loading and leveling corn cobs into trailers, from an elevated platform, tarp the trailer, driving the trailer to scale to be weighed and then parking the trailer. Workers will be working in all weather conditions as well as a dusty environment. They will be doing a lot of sweeping and cleaning and will use a tool to level the top of the load. This is a critical position for detail and following quality specific directions. Recruiting Priorities: 3rd shift is top priority. We need 1 worker per each shift. We need to fill 3rd shift ASAP first. 3rd shift: 10:30p-7am 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11pm 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3pm Shift Differential of +$1/hour for 2nd & 3rd shift • Weekly Schedule (how many hours/days): 40 hours + OT - 6 days per week • Shift: 3rd shift is top priority Job Type: Contract Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Plymouth, IN 46563: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
