A company is looking for a Senior Manager / Scrum Master Software Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software development teams, setting objectives and priorities aligned with organizational goals
Define and execute departmental strategies, including resource allocation and technology adoption
Mentor software managers and leaders, oversee complex projects, and ensure successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of experience in software development
Proven track record of managing and leading software teams
Strong strategic planning and project management skills
Leadership experience with a proactive approach preferred
