Mechanical Systems Tech-South
JOB SUMMARY
Maintains, repairs and occasionally installs HVAC systems and environmental equipment including, but not limited to, chill water and heating hot water distribution, chilled water machines, cooling towers, water treatment systems, pneumatic and electronic controlled HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, steam generating and distribution plants, ice machines, etc., at all HMC properties or as requested by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
No experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
Valid driver’s license; clear driving record.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Ability and willingness to learn new skills outside of normal assigned duties as required by Management.

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 8am-4:30pm
