The PositionThe Interim Infection Preventionist will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day infection prevention initiatives throughout the facility. Reporting to the Quality Director, the Interim Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including ensuring a quality environment of care, infection prevention education, and coaching pertaining to hand hygiene and best practices. Seeking an experienced Infection Prevention leader who will be equipped to stabilize and maintain infection prevention initiatives throughout the organization. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.RequirementsBachelor's degree is required.Active CIC certification is required. RN license is preferred, but not required.Compensation DetailsCompensation Range: $160,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
