Principal Analytics Consultant (Workforce AI) We are representing one of America's fastest-growing boutique Data and AI service providers in the search for an experienced consultant with expertise in low-code AI platforms, particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio. In this role, you will design, build, and implement AI agents aligned with business workflows. You'll transform manual or semi-structured processes into autonomous, intelligent agents using low-code/no-code tools. Your work will also involve integrating these agents with enterprise systems such as analytics dashboards, team collaboration suites, and email platforms, while ensuring governance, lifecycle management, prompt templates, guardrails, fallback strategies, and feedback loops are all appropriately managed.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deploy AI agents within real-world business contexts using Microsoft Copilot Studio (or similar low-code AI environments).Translate manual or semi-formal business workflows into autonomous, intelligent agents.Enable agent behaviors such as planning, tool execution, memory/context retention, and reflection.Integrate agents into systems like dashboards, email, collaboration tools, and workflow suites.Support teams in adopting and managing these agents safely and effectively.Develop and refine prompts, guardrails, fallback strategies, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.What You Bring3–6 years in enterprise automation, digital transformation, or AI-focused consulting.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio—or comparable low-code AI platforms (e.g. Glean, AgentForce, Amazon Q Business).At least 3–5 years of Power BI expertise, including advanced use of DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.Knowledge of semantic layers, identity/access, and security in enterprise environments.A strong track record of deploying technical systems that deliver business value.Prompt engineering and iterative AI workflow designData preparation tools like Alteryx, KNIME, Matillion, Dataiku, or CoalesceLeading consulting teamsWhy Join the Client?Fully remote-friendly environment with an award-winning, laid-back cultureAutonomy to work creatively and transparently with high-performing peersCompetitive compensation and benefits, generous PTO, and holiday timeFast-tracked learning, advanced training, and certification incentivesA strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity#J-18808-Ljbffr
