With a history spanning more than four decades, the firm has maintained steady growth, strong client relationships, and an exceptional record of stability—including never having implemented layoffs.The Bryan/College Station office is continuing to grow and is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Lead Engineer to help lead project delivery, mentor staff, and serve as the Engineer of Record for a variety of public infrastructure projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PE who enjoys both technical leadership and project management while working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values long-term employee development.Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager / Lead Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects focused on municipal infrastructure, including streets, drainage, and general civil engineering improvements.
