As a Floor Coating Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and restoring various types of flooring surfaces. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in floor care, buffing, and concrete finishing. **Epoxy/ Polyurea floor installation experience is needed** Duties: - Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Operate floor cleaning equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and polishers - Strip and wax floors to restore their shine and appearance - Conduct routine maintenance on floor surfaces to ensure longevity - Repair damaged floors by replacing tiles or applying sealants - Utilize specialized techniques for water damage restoration on flooring - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: - Experience in Resinous/Epoxy/ Polyurea floor coatings - Experience with: Grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs is a plus. - Knowledge of various flooring materials and their coating requirements - Proficiency in concrete finishing, and floor restoration techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent problem-solving skills to address flooring issues effectively - Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment or materials - Must have minimum of 1-2 years of epoxy flooring experience - Must be customer service oriented - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen - Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires - Able to lift a minimum of 50 Lb. - Must have a good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
