Senior Product Manager – Customer 360 / Data ProductsLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid Preferred)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireIndustry: Enterprise Data / Customer Analytics / AIAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager – Customer 360 & Data Products to lead strategic initiatives focused on enterprise customer data platforms, identity resolution, and next-generation data activation capabilities.This role will own the roadmap and execution for Customer 360 solutions being migrated onto a centralized Global Data Platform (GDP). The ideal candidate will have experience working across enterprise data ecosystems, partnering with engineering, analytics, marketing, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable customer data products.You will play a critical role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, activated, and leveraged for analytics, personalization, and AI-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Customer 360 and enterprise data product initiativesLead migration and modernization efforts involving Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Global Data Platforms (GDP)Define and manage unified customer profile and identity resolution capabilitiesPartner with engineering and architecture teams on scalable data platform solutionsCollaborate with data science and AI teams to support personalization, segmentation, predictive analytics, and intelligent activation use casesGather business requirements and translate them into detailed product requirements and user storiesDrive roadmap prioritization across stakeholders including marketing, analytics, engineering, governance, and operationsEnsure strong data quality, governance, and customer identity integrity across platformsSupport implementation of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and activation workflowsMonitor KPIs and product adoption metrics to continuously improve customer data capabilitiesLead Agile ceremonies and work closely with Scrum teams to deliver high-impact initiativesRequired Qualifications7+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise data or customer platformsStrong experience with:Customer 360 initiativesCustomer Data Platforms (CDPs)Identity Resolution / Match & MergeEnterprise Data PlatformsExperience leading data migration or modernization initiativesHands-on experience working with:Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platformsSQL and data modeling conceptsExperience partnering with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML teamsStrong understanding of customer data architecture and data governance principlesAgile/Scrum product delivery experienceExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with platforms such as:AmperityHightouchActionIQSegmentReltioExperience in retail, ecommerce, loyalty, or marketing technology environmentsExposure to AI-enabled personalization and marketing activationExperience with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCPWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a product leader who combines:strong technical and data product expertise,customer identity and activation experience,strategic thinking,and execution excellence.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving enterprise environments and is passionate about building scalable data products that power business growth and customer intelligence.
