Production Technician

We are looking for candidates who take the initiative, love to learn, work hard, and have a stable work history.Please note:VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.What You'll Do:Run a variety of process equipmentEnsure compliance with Quality Plan Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirements.Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production recordsSupport preventative maintenance (PM) and other general repair effortsParticipate in warehousing activities, which may include forklift operationUse automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (computers, iPads, etc.)Participate in harvest activities such as preparation, seed sampling, truck unloading, and other relevant processes as well as potentially leading work areasVarious other duties as assignedEducation:You have a High School Diploma or GEDWhat Skills You Need:You possess two (2) years of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousingYou are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: climb and/or work in elevated areas; stand and sit for extended periods of time; work outdoor and indoor within hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions; lift- up to fifty (50) lbs. and perform work which involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive liftingYou are versatile, and willing and able to learn and work in a variety of areas (field, plant, warehouse)You can work independently as well as in a team environmentYou are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as requiredYou have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsYou have high attention to detail can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skillsYou value health and safety!
