Sales Coordinator

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated Sales Coordinator to be the face of our salon and the backbone of our front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment and has a proven track record in sales, customer service, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment for all clients Drive sales by confidently recommending and selling service packages and retail products Answer phone calls with professionalism, clearly explaining all services and booking appointments accurately Manage the salon schedule: book, reschedule, and adjust appointments efficiently Lead and direct the daily flow of the salon, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtime Support and manage a team of artists, keeping communication clear and operations on track Maintain front desk cleanliness and uphold sanitization protocols in common areas Track and manage inventory for both retail and backbar supplies Ideal Candidate: Sales experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality) Confident communicator with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Comfortable in a leadership role and capable of giving direction with clarity and positivity If you're passionate about beauty, sales, and creating an incredible client experience—we want to meet you!
