Therapy & Treatment Delivery: Provide hands-on therapy using proven techniques and modalities to enhance movement and function.Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback. Collaborative Patient Care: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.Involve patients and families in the care plan to empower them throughout the recovery journey. Documentation & Equipment Management: Maintain clear and accurate records to meet hospital standards and billing requirements.Safely operate and maintain therapy equipment to ensure smooth and effective treatments. Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Stay current with the latest trends and research in physical therapy.Manage multiple patients efficiently, staying flexible and organized under pressure.
