You will oversee the activities of our residential production crews and report directly to our Production Manager. This includes checking materials, informing crews with project instructions, and interacting with our customers. This position supports our crew leaders to perform the functions of their jobs effectively and efficiently to increase production. We strive daily to give our customers the best exterior remodeling process in the State of Iowa. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 0-1 years of experience in residential roofing installation Job site management experience Previous quality management experience not required Knowledge of production tools and equipment Strong leadership qualities Customer service Preferred Education and Experience: Associate degree Experience in the roofing/construction industry Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Benefits Paid training for inexperienced applicants that meet standards.
