This includes project tracking, milestones, reporting & escalations.Core ResponsibilitiesCreates detailed design, technical requirements and service specifications for VIVA platform compute, network, storage and virtualization.Builds relationships with QA, Ops and development organizations to ensure smooth and successful delivery of solutions to productionParticipates consultatively in the testing and certification process.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
