As a Senior CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will support the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of email, SMS, and push communications across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands. This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining automated, trigger-based communications at scale using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).You will play a key role in building and scaling CRM capabilities across both platforms. This role requires strong technical execution, rigorous QA practices, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing CRM solutions. You will support high-volume, global CRM programs across three brands and help evolve Hertz’s CRM ecosystem as we expand.What You’ll DoSupport end-to-end build and execution of CRM transactional campaigns and triggered journeys across SFMC and AJOTeam with Product, IT, Legal, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to identify gaps in customer communicationsMaintain and develop automated triggered communications, including segmentation, trigger logic, and data flowsExecute hands-on development using AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, JSON, HTML, and CSS within SFMCEnforce rigorous QA processes, including pre-send validation, journey testing, and regression checksMonitor deliverability and campaign health, including bounce rates, spam signals, and inbox placementTroubleshoot data, automation, and journey issues while identifying performance improvement opportunities through testing and data analysisMaintain campaign tagging, documentation, and operational processes to support scalabilityPrepare and manage deployment workflows, including scheduling, sequencing, and release hygiene to avoid over‑communication or conflicting messagesTranslate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions and independently execute buildsAssist with promotional CRM campaign, including ad-hoc campaigns and leveraging AJO for event-based and real-time customer journeys, as neededWhat We’re Looking For:4+ years of hands-on experience within Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Marketing CloudProven ability to own end-to-end campaign and journey builds, from segmentation through deployment and QAStrong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio), including building and managing automated journeysProficiency in SQL and AMPScript for audience creation and dynamic contentExperience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar journey orchestration platformsExperience with HTML/CSS for email developmentProficiency with Server-Side Javascript and JSON for triggered communicationsStrong understanding of QA processes, testing frameworks, and campaign validationFamiliarity with deliverability best practices and CRM program health monitoringAbility to troubleshoot data, journey, and automation issues within CRM platformsAbility to troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns using data and performance insightsStrong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience in the travel, hospitality, or rental car industry is a plusExperience working in high-volume or multi-brand CRM environments
