Medical Technologist Location: Dallas, TX Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,361 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/24/2026 About the Position ID: 77690112 Shift: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM 9:00AM - 5:30PM/Monday-Friday/40 hours guaranteed Description: Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility will have a local rate of $73RESPONSIBLITIESScreens pap smearsand non-gynecological slides and reports resultsaccording to established protocol.Reviews patient historyin association with screening cytologyslides.Documents workload and submits weekly reports for review. Reviews discrepant caseswith Pathologist to improve quality patient care.Maintains a False NegativeProportion (FNP) of 1-2% of the lab averagebut does not exceed a 5% overall FNP.Maintains an 80-100% Diagnostic Correlation with the Pathologist.Maintains gyn statistical analysis rates of 5% as comparedto the laboratory's overall rates.Maintains individualworkload limit as set forth by the supervisor/director, derived from the employee's 6 month performance appraisal.Completes special assignments as designated by the supervisor in a timely and professionalmanner.Assists with Fine NeedleAspiration (FNA) adequacy assessments throughout various procedureareas in the hospital.
