In this role, you'll support the onboarding and day-to-day management of client relationships, assist with platform integrations, and work closely with internal teams to help clients get the most out of the platform. You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience, all while developing your expertise in trade surveillance and financial technology.What You’ll DoClient Onboarding & Relationship Management: Assist in onboarding of new customers, including kickoff calls, business requirements gathering, comprehensive assessment of client business processes and objectives, data integration oversight with customization to align with client workflows, and post-integration success monitoring to ensure optimal tool adoption and value realizationPlatform Mastery: Attain expert-level proficiency in the full Surveyor ecosystem, including front-end tools, trade surveillance filters, and underlying systems architectureProcess Excellence: Own and improve onboarding protocols and documentation to boostoperational efficiency and client experienceTechnical Analysis: Conduct in-depth market data analysis using Surveyor's tools to investigate customer inquiries related to order lifecycle, venue behavior, pricing anomalies, and potential market abuseProduct Development Partnership: Champion client feedback by identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new features and collaborate with engineering teams to define and scope new surveillance filters based on real-world customer use casesTraining & Knowledge Transfer: Train new clients and internal stakeholders on platformcapabilities and data workflows Strategic Business Support: Support strategic initiatives for pre-sales and post-sales processes, acting as a bridge between sales, product, and engineeringRevenue Growth: Work closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline velocity and expandbusiness opportunitiesAbout YouYou are a curious and motivated professional with a strong interest in financial markets and technology.
