Rehab Product Support Associate - MD, DC & Northern VA

Job DetailsDescriptionSalary: $56,630Description/Job SummaryTo work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to help develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab productsResponsibilities/DutiesFocus on the continued training, development, and support for Rehab products (large portion to include Q Logic electronics) for customers, therapists, and VA facilitiesCommunicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned Field Sales territoryTravel throughout the assigned territory, to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products with a large focus on Q Logic electronicsAssist with education presentations and technical training, when applicable in the territoryCommunicate Quality Assurance issues and concernsReport field data regarding growth opportunities within your assigned territory to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional ManagerMaintain inventory on demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the fieldMaintain cost effective time and territory managementSubmit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travelAssist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the fieldParticipate in VA clinics and VA related activitiesEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to managementComplete the Annual CTPAT Security TrainingFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectationsPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryRequired SkillsMust be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honestMust Have The Ability ToMulti-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentWork with multiple departments as a cross-functional teamAssemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical devicesTravel for the company and transport demo equipment as business needs dictateLift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.Must HaveRelentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvementBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent web navigation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent planning, customer service, public speaking and presentation skillsPreferred SkillsBasic working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferredBasic knowledge of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations preferredStrong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills preferredRequired ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience with Electro-Mechanical Applications in a Health Care Industry, Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Production environment OR, in lieu of experience, an Associate Degree in a field related to Health Care OR, in lieu of a related Associate Degree, a Bachelor’s DegreePreferred ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience within the Mobility Industry preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferredRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferred EducationAssociate Degree in a Health Care related field preferredAssistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification preferredRequired QualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILSThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveThis is a safety sensitive positionIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ActPride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is an Equal Opportunity employer.
