The role involves working across the full product lifecycle, including design, validation, manufacturing support, and certification of interior payload components.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support design of aircraft interior systems such as bins, partitions, closets, and wiringCreate and modify 3D CAD models using tools like CATIA, SolidWorks, or similarAssist in system integration, testing, validation, and verification activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, suppliers, and productionSupport production floor activities during builds and resolve design-related issuesContribute to design improvements, tools, and processesSupport supplier coordination and performance activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering5+ years of experience in design engineeringStrong experience with 3D CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)Experience working in cross-functional engineering environmentsPreferred QualificationsAerospace or aviation industry experienceKnowledge of FAA regulations (Part 25) or equivalentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with engineering release processes
