Electrical Project Manager

Position: Senior Electrical Project Manager Location: Tempe, AZ Type: Direct Hire | 1 Opening Work Setup: Office + Field (local travel) Start: ASAP RelocationRelocation support available OverviewLeads electrical projects from award through warranty, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications. Coordinates across teams, manages financial performance, and resolves technical and contractual issues. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport proposal development and project setup Review contracts, scope, and approve job setup Plan schedules, manpower, and project milestones Estimate labor/materials and manage procurement Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and third parties Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project costs, billing, and performance (job scoring) Resolve site issues and maintain client satisfaction Lead pre-construction meetings and project closeout (incl. training) Supervise, mentor, and support team members QualificationsBachelors degree (or equivalent experience) preferred 610 years in field, project management, or estimating Strong knowledge of electrical systems (BMS, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm) Familiarity with building codes, OSHA, and regulations Solid financial, analytical, and organizational skills Experience managing teams and client relationships Proficient in MS Office and project/estimating software Valid drivers license with reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and obtain required clearances TravelDaily local travel within ~30 miles of the Phoenix metro area
